Zidane vs Bale
Obviously, Bale is paid a ridiculous amount of money. But Real Madrid signed that contract as well.

Zidane yesterday said: "We hope he leaves soon. It would be best for everyone. We are working on his transfer to a new team.

"I have nothing personal against him, but there comes a time where things are done because they must be done."

Zidane won't play him.

That's not exactly a good sales pitch! When Bale has won 14 titles with RM.

Baker's agent, Johnathan Barnett (himself a poison), has called ZZ "a disgrace" for his comments.

It's turning into the most bizarre battle. Bale could plausibly play golf for 3 years as his contract runs until 2022. And be paid £600k a week to do so.

I'm not sure who I disrespect less.

You experts?

Not sure Bale's covered himself in glory with his attitude since he's been out there really, but Zidane has made a proper cunt of himself here.

If Real want shot, pay up. Like any cunt on here would walk away from that sort of money just to keep a soon-to-be ex-employer happy? My hole.

Re: Zidane vs Bale
Zidane left the first time because Real wouldn’t let him rebuild the team as he wanted (ie buy Hazard for starters).
He has come back and needs to refresh the team and part of that is moving Bale on and bringing in new players (maybe MBappe?).
It’s nothing personal but it’s time for Bale to go and his agent should pipe down and get on with it.

Did his agent ever get that fee he was trying to extort out of Celta Vigo for the Gomez transfer that didn’t happen?

Re: Zidane vs Bale
his agent is horrible, but name a nice one? a weird story I heard was about a section of fans at a game chanting pogba agent's name, I can't remember what game it was but that's how demented a lot of modern fans are now

Re: Zidane vs Bale
I’m with Bale on this one. Real are more than happy to publicly tap up any player. Then you got to take a pay cut when you are deemed not good enough for the state sponsored fuckers. Do turn it in.

Sit on your ares for the next 3 seasons. Stay fit. Lower your handicap. And wait for the cunts to cough up. Then get a bumper deal in China.

Re: Zidane vs Bale
Real could very easily have moved him on. Pony up or even offer to pay part of his wages for his next club.

ZZ is notoriously keen on the coin himself, so would be better off shutting his fucking hole. Of course the agent's a cunt, fuck all to do with it.

Re: Zidane vs Bale
Indeed, bollocks to Real, they signed an insane contract and deserve to be skullfucked for the rest of his contract. Would love it if the Daves offered to take him off their hands as long as they agreed to pay the first 450k p/w of his salary.

Re: Zidane vs Bale
Isn't that £600k a week tax free as well?

I can see why Bale is happy to stay put.

Saw a stat on twitter where Bale was listed as more goals and assists in less games than Zidane. Couldn't believe it but not quit curious enough to fact check it.

Re: Zidane vs Bale
Depends what he thinks of playing football.

It's a short career and I loved playing, so fuck wasting 3 years of it.

Then again I live in the real world and dont think anyone should be on that sort of wage to kick a ball around anyway.

If he values cash (that he'll never spend due to having so much of it) over his career then that's up to him.

Takashi Miike 8:26 Sun Jul 21
Re: Zidane vs Bale
short career? haha, the cunts at their level could retire on a month's money. the game is long fucked, and agents like his will eventually kill it

Sven Roeder 8:28 Sun Jul 21
Re: Zidane vs Bale
Why is any of that relevant?
Bale is entitled to his contract and his financial arrangements are between him, Real & his new club.
All Zidane is saying is he is that he doesn’t want him in his team so its time for him to go.
That’s football.

600K before tax, 350K after it. 150 million over a six year contract. Anyone suggesting he should give up half of that for any reason whatsoever is either a hypocrite or just plain dim.

who said a hobbit/ape who is good at kick the ball and run fast after it can't make it at the top level?

any kid army hero can fck right off

yid army

Sven Roeder 8:34 Sun Jul 21
Re: Zidane vs Bale
Who is suggesting he should give that up?
Not Zidane
He is suggesting he should play for another football club and the financial settlement presumably would be made by the clubs

Hermit Road 8:37 Sun Jul 21
Re: Zidane vs Bale
£93 million they owe him.

Not sure they’ll find someone too willing to take him at that price.

Sven Roeder 8:44 Sun Jul 21
Re: Zidane vs Bale
I suspect the best they can do is loan him to someone who might pay him a fraction of that and pick up the rest.
But as Zidane says he has to go.

Remarkable that he has won 4 Champions leagues and only 1 La Liga

Sven Roeder 8:48 Sun Jul 21
Re: Zidane vs Bale
The alternative is to offer him for sale for say £60m and give that all to Bale so that he will sign for lower wages and still end up with his £93m or whatever
Can play around with the numbers but Real aren’t banking anything just losing the ongoing wages
